âą Own and manage a portfolio of client accounts with a focus on retention, growth, and long-term partnership. âą Serve as the primary strategic point of contact for clients, confidently discussing Paid Media and SEO performance, recommendations, and business impact. âą Lead monthly and quarterly business reviews, translating campaign data into actionable insights and growth strategies. âą Build strong stakeholder relationships and proactively identify opportunities to improve client outcomes. âą Identify risks, performance concerns, or retention challenges early and implement solutions proactively. âą Partner closely with internal Paid Ads and SEO teams to align strategies with client goals and KPIs. âą Analyze campaign performance, ROAS, lead quality, conversion metrics, and traffic trends to provide strategic recommendations. âą Ensure marketing strategies align with business objectives including lead generation, pipeline growth, and revenue impact.
âą 4+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, Digital Marketing, or Growth-focused roles within a marketing agency or SaaS environment. âą Strong working knowledge of: Google Ads, Meta Ads, PPC campaign performance metrics, SEO strategy and organic performance reporting. âą Proven experience managing multiple client accounts in a fast-paced environment. âą Ability to independently lead conversations around campaign performance, optimization opportunities, and marketing strategy. âą Strong analytical and reporting skills with the ability to translate marketing data into business recommendations. âą Excellent communication and presentation skills with direct client-facing experience. âą Experience with Go High Level (GHL), ClickUp, CRM systems, and marketing reporting tools. âą Highly organized with strong project and stakeholder management skills.
