📋 Description

• Support producers in managing end-to-end TV commercial lifecycles, including pre-production, production, and post-production • Maintain daily project schedules, track milestones, and ensure cross-functional teams meet deadlines using Google Workspace, AI tools, and the proprietary task management system • Organize and traffic project files, including briefs, scripts, rough cuts, and final masters, with rigorous version control using Frame.io and Google Drive • Act as the central point of contact for internal and external stakeholders • Take meeting notes, distribute action items, follow up, and collaborate with peers to balance workloads • Perform detailed QA on deliverables across all project stages, ensuring completion to specification, on time, and within budget • Troubleshoot creative and technical issues with peers and stakeholders • Use analytics tools to understand and improve digital products • Contribute to departmental goals by evaluating workflows, participating in team meetings, and identifying improvements to tools and processes • Report to the Manager of PMO and collaborate with producers, creative directors, designers, editors, production managers, project managers, internal stakeholders, and external vendors

🎯 Requirements

• 1–3 years of project management or coordination experience, ideally within a creative agency, production company, or in-house creative team • Exceptional written and verbal communication in English • Basic understanding of video production processes and post-production workflows • Proficiency with modern PM software, Slack, video review tools, Google Workspace (Drive, Docs, Sheets, Slides, etc.), and creative software such as Figma • Comfortable incorporating AI into day-to-day tasks and proactive interest in exploring emerging AI tools • Experience with writing marketing copy and proofreading various creative materials • Ability to present solutions and marketing materials and communicate ideas to internal stakeholders and clients • Exceptional problem-solving mindset; flexibility and ability to adapt to fast-paced production changes and business needs • Exceptional time management and organizational skills; ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously • High attention to detail and ability to identify project- and product-level bugs or areas for improvement • Demonstrated ability to adhere to and improve established processes • Strong desire to collaborate with and motivate others to produce high quality work • Exposure to or experience with AI video generation platforms (e.g., Google Flow, Higgsfield) is a strong plus • Active interest in staying up to date with industry trends and best practices is a plus • Experience working with or managing HTML and WordPress websites is a plus
