📋 Description

• Conduct deep-dive research to map out elite talent pools and competitive landscapes • Own the candidate and client interview scheduling process • Build and maintain clear, professional candidate status documents • Design and build clear charts, graphics, and presentations

🎯 Requirements

• 1-3 years of work experience in recruitment or related fields • Excellent writing skills to communicate effectively • Ability to conduct market research and analysis • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail • Comfortability in working with tech founders and teams
