• We're looking for a visionary Chief Human Resource Officer to shape our talent strategy across the Caribbean and beyond. • You'll lead all aspects of talent acquisition, DEI, performance, and engagement. • Design and implement global HR strategies and policies. • Lead workforce planning, leadership development, and succession planning. • Champion diversity, equity, inclusion, and employee wellbeing. • Build scalable systems to support remote, hybrid, and on-site teams. • Serve as advisor to executive leadership on people-related matters.

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years in strategic HR leadership • Experience leading distributed or remote teams • Advanced knowledge of HRIS, labor laws, and HR metrics • Proven track record of high-impact HR transformation
