📋 Description
• Provide technical assistance and support to customers • Act as the technical liaison between engineering and customer/partner teams • Validate and configure firmware and OS builds for customer projects • Support SDK/API integrations for peripherals • Create technical documentation and provide tier-2/3 escalation support • Attend trade shows, pilots, and on-site deployments as a technical subject matter expert • Capture customer feedback to influence product roadmaps
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent work experience) • 3+ years in a customer-facing technical role • Understanding of ADB interface • Strong problem-solving skills • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal • Ability to interface with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
