📋 Description

• Provide administrative and operational support to the CTO • Coordinate meetings, schedules, and internal communications • Track project progress, deadlines, and deliverables using project management tools (e.g., ClickUp) • Prepare reports, presentations, and performance summaries • Liaise with department heads to ensure alignment on operational priorities • Provide data-driven insights through reporting, dashboards, and analysis • And other assigned tasks

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field • Strong data orientation and experience working with analytics, reporting, or performance metrics • Experience using project management tools such as ClickUp, Asana, Jira, or similar platforms • Excellent organizational and follow-up skills • Strong communication skills with the ability to work across different teams • Ability to prioritize effectively and understand what is critical vs. non-essential • Comfortable managing multiple projects simultaneously • Fluent in Lithuanian and English.
