• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, linguistics, international relations, or a related field. • Minimum of five years of experience in sales or business development within the localization, translation, or language services industry. • Proven track record of exceeding revenue goals and securing high-value deals. • Prior experience in team management or leadership is highly desirable. • Proven ability to generate leads and close sales in the localization industry. • Strong understanding of localization processes, translation services, and multilingual content strategies. • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. • Highly organized, proactive, and results-driven approach to sales. • Ability to build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers. • Experience in localization technology integration sales to cross-functional teams, including IT, HR, and Fintech.
