• Serve as the primary point of contact for all customer inquiries through phone calls, emails, and online chats • Provide timely and accurate responses to customer inquiries, addressing any concerns or issues they may have • Collaborate with other departments to resolve complex customer issues and provide a seamless customer experience • Proactively identify opportunities to improve the customer experience and provide feedback to the appropriate teams • Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records in our CRM system • Meet and exceed customer service targets and goals set by the company • Continuously strive to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty
• High school diploma or equivalent; post-secondary education in business or a related field is an asset • Minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service or similar position • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment • Proficient in Microsoft Office and experience working with CRM systems
