• Job Skills Require Experience with: MS Office / Budget Planning and Control / Project Management / Risk Management / GAAP / Communications • Required Experience/Skills: 3+ years experience as a Portfolio Community Association Manager. • Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office including Word, Excel and Outlook. • Excellent verbal and written communication. • High-School Diploma or equivalent. • Valid Driver’s License. • Preferred Experience/Skills: 5+ years experience as a Portfolio Community Association Manager. • Experience managing developer-controlled communities. • Experience with CINC Systems CMCA, AMS, or PCAM designations are preferred. • Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field from an accredited college or university.
