📋 Description

• Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound calls in a fast-paced environment • Schedule, confirm, reschedule, and cancel medical appointments accurately • Provide clear and professional communication to patients following established scripts and guidelines • Document call outcomes and appointment details accurately in internal systems • Meet daily call volume, quality, and productivity expectations • Work efficiently in back-to-back call flows with minimal downtime

🎯 Requirements

• Excellent verbal and written English skills (C1+ required) • Knowledge in Medical Terminology • Proven experience in BPO or call center environments, in back-to-back accounts • Strong phone presence, active listening, and professional communication skills • Ability to perform consistently in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow processes
