📋 Description
• Supervise a team of staff accountants to ensure quality and timely work • Review the work of staff accountants and provide feedback • Create and deliver quality financial statements to clients • Consult with clients regularly via video, phone, or email • Lead client onboarding and improve firm processes • Ensure smooth hand-off of client books to tax team
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Accounting from an accredited college or university • Minimum of 2-3 years senior-level review experience, preferably with real estate and small business clients • Minimum 1-2 years of experience working with a team of staff accountants • Extensive experience with QuickBooks Online, Yardi, and other property management software • High level of technical ability with Microsoft Excel and Google Suite • Proven track record of managing client relationships and ensuring objectives are met
