• Assist with recruitment, onboarding, performance management, employee relationships, training and compensation process; monitor and make improvements as required • Data entry of employee data • Benefits research to assist with selecting the best employee recognition programs • Assist with administrative tasks as needed • Other duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• 1 years of experience working as a HR assistant or in a similar position preferred • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is preferred • In-depth knowledge and understanding of local and federal laws and HR best practices • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; strong interpersonal communications skills
