📋 Description

• Support Binding Site/Thermo Fisher Scientific products in clinical and hospital laboratories • Install solutions and configure analytical parameters and IT components • Connect solutions to Laboratory Information Systems (LIS) • Train customers on optimal instrument usage, capabilities, unique features, installation, and maintenance • Provide timely remote-access and technical support to customers and colleagues • Participate in cross-functional technical investigations and resolve complaints • Carry out corrective interventions • Participate confidently in technical product discussions • Complete accurate service reports in Service CRM • Maintain accurate records of customer kit usage • Provide feedback to global product teams on instrument reliability and quality • Support and sponsor middleware products using knowledge of sample rules • Work across a wide variety of clinical and hospital laboratories

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Biology, Immunology and/or Biochemistry, or equivalent or a related field experience • Significant experience in an applications role or in a medical diagnostics laboratory • Proven IT skills for laboratory middleware management • Strong technical competence and problem-solving abilities • Ability to deliver technical presentations • Customer-focused with excellent interpersonal skills • Proficiency in English and Italian, written and verbal • Availability to travel at short notice and occasionally work weekends/unsociable hours • 75–85% field-based work • Full driving license • Some degree of PPE required • Ability to work with hazardous/toxic materials and strong odors
