📋 Description

• Support procurement and financial processes related to clinical supplies vendors • Create and manage purchase requisitions and purchase orders • Monitor purchase order lifecycles and resolve discrepancies • Receive and validate vendor invoices • Support invoice reconciliation • Support vendor management through accurate financial tracking and invoice issue reporting • Identify operational inefficiencies and suggest improvements • Ensure compliance with procurement and financial procedures • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve procurement-related issues

🎯 Requirements

• Advanced English and good written and verbal communication skills • At least 2 years of comparable experience in clinical trials or supply chain • Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs • Ability to work in a team environment and independently with moderate direct supervision • Ability to use proper communication channels to voice concerns and suggestions • Adaptability to change and ability to handle high-pressure situations
