• Develop and execute strategic sales plans • Manage and grow key customer accounts • Conduct customer visits and virtual engagements • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver solutions • Achieve and exceed sales targets • Build long-term customer relationships
• A degree in Life Sciences, Chemistry, Biology, or related scientific field • previous experience in sales, preferably in laboratory, scientific, or healthcare industries • Strong technical understanding of customer applications and workflows • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills • Proficiency in CRM systems (preferably Salesforce) and MS Office • Analytical thinking and strategic planning capabilities • Ability to build relationships across all organizational levels • Fluency in English; additional languages beneficial • Results-oriented with a proven track record of achieving sales targets • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a matrix environment • Strong customer focus and consultative selling approach • Willingness to travel 50–75% within assigned territory.
