📋 Description

• Manage projects, planning, and deadlines for financial statements, audits, and corporate tax returns • Coordinate with auditors, tax advisors, internal accounting teams, external accountants, and tax teams • Manage technical reviews, approvals, document control, and signatures • Negotiate advisor/auditor fees and track them against AOP • Review advisor engagement letters and participate in audit meetings • Follow up on and resolve issues • Maintain internal project trackers and database information • Reconcile US GAAP and local GAAP accounting records • Reconcile local GAAP profit and taxable profit • Resolve audit and tax queries • Prepare supporting schedules and analyses • Review financial statements, tax computations, tax returns, and legal documentation • Prepare indirect tax (e.g., VAT) compliance returns and other local tax and financial/statistical returns • Coordinate with the legal department on company secretarial compliance • Support treasury with dividends and global cash management • Assist with tax investigations and audits • Prepare ad hoc reports, interim accounts, and statistical analyses

🎯 Requirements

• Self-starter who is organized and has strong technical skills • Effective verbal and written communication skills • Ability to collaborate with multiple relationships across different countries • Ability to manage, coordinate, and prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines • Ability to adapt to and work in a fast-paced, highly dynamic work environment • Equivalent to 3+ years of direct experience or a recognized accounting qualification equivalent to CPA/ACA/ACCA/CIMA • Ability to understand US GAAP and Local GAAP accounting topics • Ability to understand how CRG has applied accounting principles in a complex ERP environment • Experience using cloud-based applications such as Oracle ERP and Workday is a plus • Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or another related field, or equivalent and relevant formal academic/vocational qualifications • Strong technical accounting skills • Excellent organizational skills • Interest in financial accounting • Attention to detail and ability to multitask • Good problem-solving skills • Ability to work independently and manage time across concurrent projects • Ability to work with ambiguity and complexity • Fluency in English, verbal and written
