📋 Description

• Lead a team of 5 and collaborate with business development, operations, technical operations, finance, and senior leadership to produce accurate bids and proposals for medical affairs scopes of work • Lead operational pricing solutions to improve sales and market penetration while supporting long-term business objectives • Advise commercial teams on large-deal matters and winning strategies to drive deal closures • Review, evaluate, and respond to RFPs • Oversee strategy meetings and direct solutioning and production of bids and proposals • Develop and maintain accurate standards • Interact with clients to gather information, provide education and feasibility feedback, support business development presentations, and assist with closing deals • Identify improvements to solutioning, bid, and proposal efficiency and effectiveness • Manage day-to-day workflow of the bids and proposal team, driving decision-making, accountability, and deadline adherence • Mentor team members' professional development and build cross-functional business relationships

🎯 Requirements

• Advanced Degree plus 6 years of experience, or Bachelor's Degree plus 8 years of experience in solutioning, proposals, pricing, or related roles • Experience in medical communications operations preferred • Excellent investigative and analytical abilities • Ability to identify commercial team needs, create innovative solutions, and solve ambiguous problems • Ability to craft and influence decisions in a high-energy, fast-paced, high-matrix environment • Proficient user of Microsoft Office, Power BI, sourcing systems, and related tools • Ability to hire, lead, coach, strengthen, and develop a team • Ability to promote personal responsibility, accountability, and open communication • Ability to identify process and control gaps and champion improvement initiatives through Practical Process Improvement • Travel requirement of 0–25%
