📋 Description

• Provide day-to-day systems support and troubleshoot issues related to Oracle Cloud ERP and other financial applications • Support administration and maintenance of financial systems to ensure operational stability and data integrity • Collaborate with business and IT teams to document requirements, assist with system configurations, and support testing activities • Participate in implementation, enhancement, and integration of Oracle ERP modules, primarily Procure-to-Pay modules • Maintain exposure to General Ledger, Intercompany, Accounts Receivable, Tax Management, and related applications • Develop and maintain SQL queries and reports for business reporting needs • Support system upgrades, data migrations, and audit/compliance activities • Assist in developing process documentation, training materials, and user guides • Work with senior analysts to identify process optimization and automation opportunities • Work with finance, IT, and global business stakeholders to enhance financial processes and system capabilities

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Computer Science, Information Systems, or Business Administration • 3–5 years of experience supporting or implementing Oracle Cloud ERP or on-premise financial systems • Hands-on experience in P2P modules, including Accounts Payables, Payments, Cash Management, and Procurement • Exposure to General Ledger, Accounts Receivable, AGIS, and other financial modules • Familiarity with financial processes, system integrations, and data flow across modules • Basic proficiency in SQL and understanding of relational database concepts • Exposure to Oracle Financials, Vertex, or reporting tools such as OTBI and BI Publisher is an advantage • Experience working in a global enterprise environment is desirable • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting abilities • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and support global users • High attention to detail and strong organizational skills • Proactive learning mindset and interest in technology and finance process improvement • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word • Commitment to maintaining data accuracy, integrity, and confidentiality
