📋 Description

• Manage study-level site payment activities, ensuring project milestones, quality standards, and contractual deliverables are achieved • Plan, prioritize, and communicate study-specific activities to project team members • Ensure work is completed on schedule and according to established processes and procedures • Mentor and support junior team members on site payment processes and best practices • Identify project risks and develop mitigation and action plans • Escalate issues appropriately to ensure successful study delivery • Act as functional lead for assigned studies • Analyze and interpret financial reports and monitor project financial health • Initiate contract modifications and ensure projects are appropriately resourced • Generate study- and program-level KPIs and performance metrics • Serve as primary Site Payments contact for Sponsors, Project Leads, Clinical Team Managers, and other stakeholders • Provide regular project updates and tailored solutions for FSP client needs • Participate in internal and external project meetings • Communicate study progress, financial status, risks, and action plans

🎯 Requirements

• Master’s degree preferably in Finance or a related field • Proven experience with Site Payments processes, systems, and technologies • General understanding of clinical research, pharmaceutical development, and financial principles related to clinical trial site payments • Solid understanding of project management fundamentals, including scope, timelines, quality, cost, and financial management • Experience within the Functional Service Provider (FSP) model is an advantage • Fluency in English • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Strong customer focus, problem-solving, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills • Organizational, planning, negotiation, presentation, and coordination skills • Ability to mentor colleagues and influence cross-functional teams • Ability to manage multiple time-sensitive priorities while maintaining quality and attention to detail • Strong analytical capabilities, including interpreting project and financial data and preparing forecasts • Ability to independently lead study-related activities with minimal supervision • Ability to identify and resolve project issues proactively • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel • Experience with Site Payment platforms, EDC systems, ticketing, and financial applications • Understanding of ICH Good Clinical Practice (GCP), applicable country regulations, tax requirements, and other regulatory requirements related to clinical trial payment management
