📋 Description

• Provide management of studies to ensure project deliverables and targets are met according to the highest quality standards • Liaise with internal teams to provide payment status updates and identify and resolve risks & issues • Act as primary liaison with functional lead (Project Lead, Clinical Team Manager) • Ensure Master SVT Version creation and update • Review and approve new and updated SVTs and System Alignment Templates • Analyze and interpret various reports and understand project requirements • Train Study and Site Payment teams on SVTs • Generate reports for study-level KPIs and metrics; evaluate and interpret data • Manage escalations regarding SVT issues

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent and relevant formal academic / vocational qualification • Proven knowledge of Site Payments SOPs & WPDs, processes, and technology • General understanding of business and financial principles related to Site Payments • Solid understanding of the key principles of project management (time, quality, and cost) • Experience or knowledge in the field of CTMS Master SVT, budgets and payment schedules • Strong attention to detail and ability to analyze project specific data • Proven digital literacy, proficient in MS Word and Excel and CTMS, EDC or financial systems • Effective communication skills, including English language (oral, written)
