📋 Description
• Manage operational and quality aspects of clinical studies • Develop monitoring strategies and clinical tools • Collaborate with project leads to prepare project plans • Manage project financials and support contract modifications • Oversee clinical teams and ensure adherence to timelines • Conduct site feasibility and selection
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent • 5+ years of experience in clinical research • Experience in respiratory • Effective leadership and mentoring skills • Excellent planning and organizational skills • Solid interpersonal and problem-solving skills • Knowledge of change management principles • Understanding of clinical monitoring practices and regulations • Good judgment and decision-making skills • Proficiency in automated systems and applications (e.g. Outlook, Excel, Word)
