📋 Description

• Lead the review, negotiation, and finalization of contract templates with clients. • Provide regional oversight and contractual risk assessment. • Negotiate within approved parameters contractual terms and conditions and investigator grant budget negotiation parameters. • Communicate, train, and provide approved contract templates to the team. • Identify and assess legal, financial, and operational risks. • Act as a lead interface with external clients. • Provide recommendations and alternative resolutions to contract negotiations.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent and relevant formal academic / vocational qualification • Previous experience that provides the knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform the job (comparable to 8+ years) • Mastery of the principles of contract law, including a general understanding of laws that influence contract language. • Capable of effectively negotiating investigator grant budgets within negotiation parameters • Strong communication skills (verbal & written) in English and in language spoken at your local place of work. • Excellent attention to detail • Proficient in the use of automated systems and computerized applications, such as, Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, etc.
