• Guide strategic growth and relationship management for key biopharma and biotech partnerships • Support account teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences while expanding market presence across clinical research and pharmaceutical services • Develop and expand C-level relationships, create innovative commercial solutions, ensure operational excellence, and foster collaboration to achieve growth targets • Help customers address complex challenges while positioning Thermo Fisher as their trusted partner in making the world healthier, cleaner, and safer
• Bachelor's degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred • 15+ years of relevant experience, with preference for CRO, pharmaceutical, or medical device background • Preferred Fields of Study: business administration, sales, scientific field, or related discipline • 5+ years of strategic account management or commercial leadership experience • Consistent record of meeting and exceeding commercial targets • In-depth knowledge of clinical trial processes, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices • Professional presence with proven ability to build and influence senior-level customer relationships • Strong understanding of complex technical requirements and ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders • Strategic thinking skills with ability to develop enterprise-level solutions addressing customer needs • Experience in leading and developing successful teams • Strong financial acumen and business analytics capabilities • Effective negotiation and relationship-building abilities across all organizational levels • Proven ability to manage complex situations and multiple priorities simultaneously • Experience with CRM systems and sales operations tools • Ability to travel as needed • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills • Demonstrated commitment to Thermo Fisher values: Integrity, Intensity, Innovation, and Involvement • Experience working effectively in matrix environments and fostering cross-functional collaboration • Strong project management and organizational skills • Ability to ensure operational excellence while maintaining quality standards
