📋 Description

• Installation, maintenance and servicing of systems and instruments for genetic analysis • Delivery of high-quality service in line with internal quality standards • Execution of quality assurance measures and documentation • Customer support on-site and remotely • Planning, coordination and prioritization of workflows • Preparation of timely and detailed activity reports

🎯 Requirements

• Completed technical or scientific vocational training, preferably in electrical engineering or medical technology, or an equivalent qualification • Qualification as a state-certified technician or degree in engineering is desirable • Ideally, experience in a relevant service role with life-science or medical devices • Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent organizational and analytical skills • Positive, customer-oriented manner and strong communication skills in German, plus good English proficiency • Confident use of digital tools, service software, mobile applications and modern technologies • High willingness to travel (up to 75–100%) and readiness to work from home when required • Valid Class B driving license
