📋 Description

• Evaluate RFPs and participate in strategy calls to determine efficient and effective bid strategies • Liaise with business development, contracts and proposals, and operations teams • Consult internal subject matter experts on labor requirements, non-standard activities, client-specific bidding standards, and proposal assumptions • Modify proposal text to reflect study requirements and opportunity-specific assumptions • Ensure proposal text aligns with budgets • Review client grids for accurate mapping and unit definitions • Prepare proposals and revisions for basic to moderately complex opportunities • Interact with clients to help determine requirements and service levels • Present and defend budgets to senior management during bid reviews • Update corporate databases and tracking reports • Maintain accurate bid grids in the bid system • Maintain strategy documents to ensure customer-focused proposals

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent and relevant formal academic/vocational qualification • 2+ years of comparable experience, or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience • Strong verbal and written communication skills • Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize multiple tasks • Ability to recommend proposal and budgeting parameters • Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing priorities • Knowledge of clinical trial proposal processes and budget management • Professional ability to interact with individuals at all levels • Knowledge of clinical trial supply chain management • Knowledge of the drug development process, FDA guidelines, and GCPs • Proficiency in mathematics and working with budgets • Understanding of unitized grids, unit costs, and unit drivers • Knowledge of functional-area project life cycles • Proficient with Microsoft Word and Excel • Problem-solving skills, flexibility, and adaptability • Excellent command of English language and grammar • Ability to use and learn standard office equipment and technology • Ability to communicate and understand information with diverse groups • Ability to work independently with little guidance • Ability to multitask and perform under stress • Regular and consistent attendance • Ability to lift and carry up to 15–20 lbs.
