📋 Description

• Develop and validate applications for analytical and scientific instruments • Create technical content, including application notes, presentations, and training materials • Serve as a subject matter expert supporting customers' research and analytical capabilities • Work with R&D, marketing, and commercial teams • Translate customer needs into optimized workflows and solutions • Collaborate with scientists • Present at conferences • Contribute to advancing scientific discovery across pharmaceuticals, materials science, food safety, and environmental protection

🎯 Requirements

• Advanced Degree plus 3 years of experience, or Bachelor's Degree plus 5 years of experience with relevant analytical instrumentation and applications development • Preferred fields of study: Chemistry, Biochemistry, Materials Science, Engineering or related scientific field • Strong knowledge of chromatography, mass spectrometry, microscopy or related analytical techniques based on position focus • Ability to design, execute and document scientific experiments and workflows • Experience creating technical content including application notes, presentations, and training materials • Strong verbal and written communication skills with ability to present to diverse audiences • Project management capabilities and attention to detail • Experience working effectively in cross-functional teams • Advanced problem-solving and analytical thinking skills • Proficiency with relevant software and data analysis tools • Customer-focused mindset with excellent interpersonal skills • Ability to travel 25-40% for customer support, training and conferences • Experience with quality systems and regulated environments preferred • Programming/scripting experience beneficial for certain roles (Python, MATLAB etc.) • Fluency in English required; additional languages valuable • Ability to work independently and prioritize multiple projects • Commitment to values of Integrity, Intensity, Innovation and Involvement
