📋 Description

• Manage and motivate project management staff • Recruit, train, develop and assess employee performance • Write, evaluate, amend and deploy procedures and SOPs in global alignment • Monitor SOP and key task compliance • Serve as chief liaison between sponsors and PPD internal departments during study conduct • Control, manage and delegate day-to-day clinical trial activities • Resolve issues and answer queries • Conduct regular face-to-face client meetings • Address client concerns and interpret needs to increase client satisfaction • Manage client and/or program-level oversight and relationships • Establish and advocate high-level customer service for clients and programs • Plan and support team-member workflow • Mentor and train staff; coach development and efficiency improvements • Author, review, revise and implement procedural documents • Serve as backup for the Associate Director PM and advise on action plans

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent and relevant formal academic / vocational qualification • 5+ years of comparable experience • 1+ year of leadership responsibility • Equivalency through a combination of appropriate education, training and/or directly related experience may be considered • Strong verbal, written and presentation skills • Solid Microsoft Office skills for analysis and presentation of data • Critical thinking skills • Advanced knowledge of project management theories, principles and best practices relating to lab operations • Strong attention to detail and compliance with procedures and policies • Effective client relationship management skills • Strong supervisory and management skills • Problem-solving and prioritization skills • Strong analytical and quantitative skills • Ability to multitask and handle pressure • Ability to manage employees across multiple regions • Ability to work in an office, laboratory and/or clinical environment with exposure to electrical equipment
