📋 Description

• Drive manual testing initiatives • Lead a team of engineers • Ensure consistent delivery of high-quality software products aligned with organizational standards • Lead testing strategy, planning, and execution • Mentor and guide team members’ professional development • Collaborate with stakeholders to define quality goals • Ensure quality metrics, reporting, and continuous improvement • Oversee test planning, execution, and defect management

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent • 8-10 years of testing experience with team leadership • Additional relevant certifications in software testing or quality assurance (preferred) • Advanced proficiency in system testing methodologies and test documentation creation • Strong understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and testing processes • Advanced knowledge of test planning, execution, error reporting, and verification procedures • Effective project management and organizational skills • Experience with API, integration, and data testing
