• Responsible for measuring, optimizing, and forecasting the performance of multi-channel patient recruitment campaigns across clinical trial portfolios • Translating recruitment data into actionable insights that accelerate enrollment and reduce site burden
• Advanced Degree plus 3 years of experience, or Bachelor's Degree plus 5 years of experience in marketing analytics • Advanced proficiency in SQL, Python, and data visualization tools (PowerBI, Tableau) • Strong statistical analysis skills including A/B testing, hypothesis testing, and statistical inference • Experience with BI data architecture and relational database concepts • Proficiency in data manipulation, cleaning, and automation techniques • Advanced Excel skills • Experience with marketing performance measurement and optimization • Excellent project management and organizational skills • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities • Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams • Knowledge of data governance and quality control processes • Preferred — Clinical Trial Experience a Plus • Prior experience in clinical trial patient recruitment, CRO, pharma/biotech, or health system marketing
