• Develop and execute portfolio and marketing strategies to achieve revenue, profitability, and market share objectives • Gather, analyse, and communicate Voice of Customer (VOC), market insights, customer needs, and competitive intelligence to identify growth opportunities • Create and deliver effective product and disease-state training programs for sales teams and channel partners
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Marketing, Life Sciences, Biotechnology, Clinical Diagnostics, Business Administration, or related field • 8+ years in global or regional marketing, market development, product marketing, or similar roles within diagnostics, medical device, or healthcare • Experience working across APAC, Middle East or international markets preferred • Strong marketing and campaign execution capabilities • Knowledge of local healthcare systems and market dynamics
