📋 Description

• Act as lead data manager for one or more clinical projects • Serve as liaison to the Project Lead and/or client • Apply project protocol components to daily tasks and direct others in their application • Act as interdepartmental and client liaison for all data management study activities • Produce project-specific status reports for management, Project Lead and/or clients • Monitor and analyze study metrics and escalate according to risk management processes • Assist with bid preparation and represent data management at bid defense meetings when required • Assist with project forecasting of hours and identifying resource requirements • Assist with oversight of project budgets, out-of-scope work, and Contract Modification processes • Lead high-volume, highly complex studies • Independently lead and delegate tasks to complete activities on time, within quality standards and budget • Mentor junior-level staff on study tasks • Assist with administrative and financial oversight for allocated projects • Communicate with management regarding data management activities

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent and relevant formal academic / vocational qualification • 5+ years of previous experience providing the knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform the job • Equivalency through a combination of appropriate education, training and/or directly related experience may be considered • Ability to apply knowledge and skills while adhering to regulatory guidelines, SOPs and client expectations • Ability to use interactive computer programs • Strong command of English language and grammar • Good written and verbal communication skills • Good organizational, analytical and problem-solving skills and attention to detail • Ability to work productively in a team environment and independently • Ability to maintain confidentiality with clinical and client proprietary data • Strong customer focus and excellent interpersonal skills • Ability to direct and train study teams • Ability to act as a study or department expert for data management processes • Ability to support project resourcing and timeline planning and adherence • Willingness/ability to work in an office environment • Occasional domestic and international travel
