📋 Description

• Provide advanced technical support and assistance, ensuring efficient performance of sophisticated equipment and systems • Lead high-complex problem-solving efforts • Help your Supervisor and/or Service Manager to upgrade the technical skills of all Field Service Engineers • Ensure overall service delivery meets/exceeds client expectations and contractual obligations • Provide strategic feedback and technical advice to senior management • Engage with internal and external customers to align service offerings with business needs • Foster a collaborative and innovative team environment • Support the professional technical development and career growth of the engineering team • Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the department

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in mechatronics, mechanical/electrical/electronic engineering, or equivalent • 8+ years of experience in SEM, FIB, LDB or in a related field • Extensive experience in repairing high-tech systems and advanced problem solving skills • Strong mentoring skills • Ability to travel frequently • Excellent communication skills in English.
