📋 Description

• Coordinate and monitor budget and resource allocation data for an assigned project portfolio of simple to moderate complexity • Contribute to financial and business objectives • Work cross-functionally with departments and functional leads to complete assigned tasks on time • Assist with daily financial management of assigned projects • Monitor project financial aspects, including budgets versus actual expenditures • Define reasons for project spend and provide rationale for approvals for overspend • Review contract and bidding assumptions • Analyze budget-to-actual data monthly or on another specified basis • Help project teams identify risks and define reasons for unsupported hours • Attend risk meetings as needed

🎯 Requirements

• High / Secondary school diploma or equivalent and relevant formal academic / vocational qualification • Technical positions may require a certificate • Previous experience providing the knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform the job, comparable to at least 4 years • Project management experience, including resource allocation, budgeting, and forecasting preferred • Client-oriented mindset • Solid written and oral communication skills • Strong critical thinking skills • Ability to connect scope of services and timelines to resource distribution • Solid organizational and negotiation skills • Solid forecasting, budgeting, and resource management skills • Basic understanding of project management • Strong computer skills • Ability to multitask • Detail-oriented • Ability to work independently • Potential occasional travel
