📋 Description

• Provide senior-level study management and ensure project targets and quality standards are met • Escalate project risks and performance issues appropriately • Plan and communicate study-specific tasks and project priorities to team members • Review and approve site payments, budgets and reconciliations in accordance with procedural documents and site contracts • Support functional leadership, including allocation requests and contract modification/CNF generation • Analyze financial reports and monitor project finances • Train study teams on site payment processes and requirements • Generate study-level KPI and metric reports and interpret the data • Attend internal team meetings and provide payment status updates • Manage escalations involving project teams, sites and sponsors regarding payment issues • Generate payments and build or enter budgets and SVTs as needed • Work on transparency reporting and perform study reconciliations • Manage and maintain investigator funds trackers for transitioned studies • Mentor and train junior team members

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent and relevant formal academic / vocational qualification • 5+ years of previous comparable experience • Equivalency through a combination of appropriate education, training and/or directly related experience may be considered • Solid organizational and negotiation skills • Strong attention to detail • Ability to handle multiple time-sensitive tasks efficiently and effectively • Flexibility and ability to reprioritize workload to meet changing project needs • Proficient in MS Word, Excel, CTMS, EDC or financial systems • Experience working in a project matrix structure • Ability to mentor and coach others • Effective communication skills, including English language proficiency (oral and written) • Ability to extract pertinent information from study documentation such as protocols, contracts and budgets, and perform data entry and document review • Ability to analyze project-specific data/systems to ensure accuracy and efficiency • Mastery of country regulatory and/or applicable tax regulations • Ability to lead study-related activities with little to no management interaction
