📋 Description

• Own product requirements, user stories, backlog prioritization, and roadmap development • Gather client and stakeholder feedback, understand business needs, and identify high-impact product opportunities • Drive A/B testing, feature flags, data collection, and ROI-based product decisions • Create user flows and low-fidelity wireframes to communicate product requirements • Coordinate teams, manage sprints, dependencies, blockers, and releases for on-time delivery • Work directly with the CTO and engineers to resolve product and technical tradeoffs and align priorities

🎯 Requirements

• Russian-speaking • Strong software Product Management experience • Hands-on Project Management or Business Analysis skills • Experience with product discovery, user stories, roadmaps, prioritization, A/B testing, and data-driven product decisions • Hands-on experience creating user flows and low-fidelity wireframes using Figma, Miro, Balsamiq, FigJam, Whimsical, or similar • Strong Agile/Scrum and cross-functional delivery experience • Comfortable working directly with clients, CTOs, engineers, and business stakeholders in a fast-moving environment • Strong written and spoken English • Fintech, payments, banking, B2B SaaS, or regulated-industry experience preferred • Ability to work EST hours
