• Draft, review, negotiate and finalize agreements with study sites • Negotiate within approved parameters for grants and contracts • Ensure compliance with negotiation parameters and client expectations • Identify and assess legal, financial and operational risks • Provide recommendations for contracts negotiations • Coordinate site startup activities with internal teams • Achieve target cycle times for site activations • Ensure efficient escalation of out-of-parameter issues
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent • Previous experience (2-5 years) • Good understanding of contract law principles • Demonstrated ability in investigator grant negotiation • Knowledge of business and financial principles • Effective communication skills in English • Capable of drafting and negotiating contracts • Attention to detail • Analytical and decision making skills • Understanding of pharmaceutical product development • Ability to work independently or in a team environment • Good organizational and time management skills • Working knowledge of PPD SOP & WPDs
