📋 Description

• Prepare and negotiate contracts • Liaise and establish effective relationships with sites and internal functional teams • Ensure quality, objectivity, and risk analysis in contract delivery • Draft, review, negotiate and finalize agreements with study sites • Ensure compliance with established negotiation parameters and contractual processes • Identify and assess legal, financial, operational risks and escalate as needed • Coordinate with internal departments for alignment of site startup activities • Achieve target cycle times for site activations

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent and relevant formal academic / vocational qualification • Previous experience provides the knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform the job (comparable to 2-5 years) • Good understanding of principles of contract law • Demonstrated ability to apply basic principles of investigator grant negotiation • Effective communication skills (verbal & written) in English and German • Good organizational and time management skills • Able to work independently or in a team environment
