📋 Description

• Provide end-user troubleshooting and support for HR Systems (Workday/Oracle) through a tiered ticketing system • Develop and implement technical solutions to resolve business challenges for internal HR Technology Services stakeholders • Assist with data conversion activities, including mass data loads (EIBs or HSDL) • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure optimal support and successful project outcomes • Gather and analyze customer requirements and propose tailored solutions • Research system issues and provide recommendations for improvements or resolutions • Own assigned audits, analyze findings, and ensure timely resolution • Propose and implement process and system improvements to enhance operational efficiency and scalability • Document business processes, work instructions, and technical resources • Review and update work instructions to reflect system changes and best practices

🎯 Requirements

• At least 2 years of relevant experience in system troubleshooting, technical support, or similar roles • Previous experience with HR Systems troubleshooting and support is preferred • Experience with data conversion, mass data loads, or EIB integrations is a plus • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Health Informatics, or a related field is preferred • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) • Ability to troubleshoot and support Workday/Oracle HR systems • Ability to analyze requirements, research system issues, and propose solutions • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Strong customer service, time management, organizational, and attention-to-detail skills • Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and adapt to new systems, processes, and technologies
