📋 Description

• Manage a customer base of partner distributors & OEM partners • Build relationships high, deep, and wide within your customer base • Look for and manage business opportunities & sales pipeline • Continue expanding Thermoid’s market share & operational profit within the Southeast • Travel as needed, often being away from home several days consecutively • Engage with customers at all levels including CEO’s & General Managers down to purchasing managers and field sales personnel. • Report weekly interactions, and manage your opportunity pipeline • Craft professional customer presentations using Microsoft suite of products • Provide product/sales training with distributor partners regularly

🎯 Requirements

• 3 or more years in an industrial sales, technical sales or product management role • Ability to demonstrate effective oral and written communication skills • Demonstrated decision making and strategic account management. • Advanced skill with all MS Office products • Analytical- Must be able to analyze customer business trends and drive action to course correct. • Professional- Must demonstrate the ability to represent our organization at the highest level. • Communication- Must demonstrate a high degree of both written and oral communication and be comfortable in either virtual or in-person settings. • Business Owner- We’re looking for someone who will treat this as their own business. • Self-Motivated- We don’t micromanage…in fact, we expect that if we’re driven to that point…we have the wrong person in the seat. • Commitment to improve- We’re looking for someone with a desire to learn and improve their skillset every day. • Relationship Builder- We’re looking for someone who is eager to build long-term & meaningful relationships with colleagues, customers, and industry leaders.
