• Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements, skill needs, and team dynamics. • Develop and execute sourcing strategies for technical and engineering positions. • Source through LinkedIn, social media, referrals, university channels, and custom talent pipelines. • Screen and evaluate candidates for technical qualifications, experience, and culture alignment. • Coordinate interview scheduling, facilitate feedback, and ensure timely communication. • Provide compensation insights based on market data and internal equity. • Manage the candidate lifecycle within the ATS to ensure accurate, real-time tracking. • Conduct reference checks, verify credentials, and maintain compliance with hiring practices. • Track key recruiting metrics and share insights to improve hiring processes.
• Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business, Engineering, or a related field. • 1+ years of recruiting experience in construction recruiting professional services, engineering environments, manufacturing, or agency settings. • Proficiency with ATS platforms, LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, and sourcing tools. • Must maintain a valid drivers license, be eligible to work in the U.S., and remain fit for duty.
