📋 Description
• Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements, skill needs, and team dynamics • Develop and execute sourcing strategies for technical and engineering positions • Source through LinkedIn, social media, referrals, university channels, and custom talent pipelines • Screen and evaluate candidates for technical qualifications, experience, and culture alignment • Coordinate interview scheduling, facilitate feedback, and ensure timely communication • Provide compensation insights based on market data and internal equity • Manage the candidate lifecycle within the ATS to ensure accurate, real-time tracking • Conduct reference checks, verify credentials, and maintain compliance with hiring practices • Track key recruiting metrics and share insights to improve hiring processes
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business, Engineering, or a related field • 1+ years of recruiting experience in construction recruiting professional services, engineering environments, manufacturing, or agency settings • Proficiency with ATS platforms, LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, and sourcing tools • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously • Must maintain a valid drivers license, be eligible to work in the U.S., and remain fit for duty.
