• Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements, skill needs, and team dynamics. • Develop and execute sourcing strategies for technical and engineering positions. • Screen and evaluate candidates for technical qualifications, experience, and culture alignment. • Coordinate interview scheduling, facilitate feedback, and ensure timely communication. • Provide compensation insights based on market data and internal equity. • Conduct reference checks, verify credentials, and maintain compliance with hiring practices.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Engineering, or a related field. • 3+ years of recruiting experience in construction recruiting, professional services, engineering environments, manufacturing, or agency settings. • Proficiency with ATS platforms, LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, and sourcing tools. • Must maintain a valid driver's license, be eligible to work in the U.S., and remain fit for duty.
