🎯 Requirements
• Experience in operations in Contact Centers (eliminating factor) • Graduation completed in Engineering or similar • Pre-sale experience of Voice and Contact Center software solutions (preferred factor) • Knowledge of Windows and Linux operating systems • Knowledge with databases • Knowledge of Voice over IP • Knowledge with IP networks and protocols • Knowledge of scripting tools • Experience in coordinating or managing projects in the sector (Preferred Factor) • Fluency in English • Availability to travel
