• 7+ years of proven success in leading change management and organizational transformation for technology implementations. • A deep understanding of Salesforce and CRM ecosystems. • Marketing Automation Platform experience is a plus. • Mastery in facilitation, confident in leading workshops, training sessions, and stakeholder interviews. • Strategic vision to define success metrics and ability to interpret data to prove adoption ROI. • Proficiency in program design, instructional design, content and course development, and multiple forms of media development and deployment. • Exceptional communication skills, capable of influencing everyone from C-suite executives to daily end-users. • Agility to manage multiple high-profile projects simultaneously without losing focus on the details.
