📋 Description

• Own the hands-on delivery of AI solutions end-to-end: build, test, integrate, deploy, and ship GenAI services and agentic workflows into production • Take solutions from prototype to production, handling deployment, release, versioning, rollback, and reliable live operation • Make design and trade-off decisions and contribute to technical architecture discussions • Produce estimates, task breakdowns, and delivery status; surface risks, blockers, and dependencies • Design, implement, and maintain Python-based services and workflows integrating LLMs and GenAI capabilities with client systems and applications • Build agentic and multi-step workflows using frameworks and patterns such as LangGraph, AgentCore, and LangChain • Develop tooling and APIs for agents with schemas, error contracts, versioning, and observability hooks • Consume retrieval/RAG and search abstractions, tuning top-k, scoring, and filters • Own monitoring, alerting, troubleshooting, and iterative improvement of workflow operational health • Set up tracing, logging, metrics, LLM observability, evaluation, regression, and safety tooling • Operate within platform, security, and governance guardrails including RBAC, data access boundaries, PII handling, logging, and audit • Partner with product managers, business stakeholders, UX, clients, engineers, product owners, and domain experts • Participate in design reviews, code reviews, and architecture discussions • Support and guide junior engineers and consultants through code review and pairing • Contribute to internal enablement through playbooks, examples, and reusable patterns • Use AI tools such as Glean, Devin, Windsurf, and Claude to accelerate design, development, testing, and documentation

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a data science-related role, with a focus on machine learning and deep learning • Strong Python coding skills with an emphasis on writing efficient, scalable, and maintainable code • Experience developing and training custom deep learning models using TensorFlow, PyTorch, or scikit-learn • Hands-on experience with Jupyter Notebooks, Azure Machine Learning Studio, Azure OpenAI, AWS SageMaker, NVIDIA AI Enterprise, and DGX platforms • Hands-on experience with leading open-source and major model providers such as Llama, Anthropic's Claude, and OpenAI • Solid understanding of transformer architectures, attention mechanisms, and advanced deep learning concepts • Knowledge of generative AI concepts, including fine-tuning, transfer learning, and RAG methods • Experience with the machine learning lifecycle, including model deployment, monitoring, drift detection/retraining, and canary testing • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to present complex technical information to technical and non-technical audiences • Experience in pre-sales activities, including project scoping, estimation, and solution design
