• Design, develop, and deploy custom Salesforce solutions using Apex, Visualforce, and JavaScript with Lightning Web Components (LWC). • Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to translate requirements into technical specifications. • Build and maintain integrations between Salesforce and other enterprise systems using REST/SOAP APIs and middleware tools (e.g., MuleSoft). • Design and implement event-driven architecture using Platform Events, ensuring scalable, decoupled integrations and real-time data exchange across Salesforce and external systems. • Support and enhance Salesforce CPQ and Billing configurations to streamline quote-to-cash processes. • Optimize performance, security, and usability of Salesforce applications. • Participate in code reviews, unit testing, and deployment activities using CI/CD tools like Git and Copado. • Maintain technical documentation including solution designs and development standards. • Stay current with Salesforce releases and recommend platform improvements. • Work closely with Salesforce Administrators to ensure alignment with configuration and automation best practices. • Provide support and troubleshooting for production issues and user-reported bugs.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field. • 7 years of hands-on Salesforce development experience. • Strong expertise in Apex, Visualforce, LWC, SOQL, and Salesforce APIs. • Experience with Sales Cloud, CPQ, and Billing modules. • Familiarity with integration patterns and middleware platforms. • Solid understanding of Salesforce data models, security, and automation. • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills. • Salesforce Platform Developer I certification required; Developer II or CPQ Specialist preferred. • Experience working in Agile/SCRUM environments with JIRA. • Exposure to quote-to-cash, billing, or financial process automation. • Familiarity with DevOps tools and deployment pipelines. • Exposure with Snowflake, Datadog, or Certinia Applications would be a plus.
