📋 Description
• Analyzing and comparing organizational performance against industry standards and best practices • Leading benchmarking studies and providing recommendations to clients • Developing and executing project plans • Collaborating with team members to deliver high-quality client solutions • Supporting project workstream(s) under the direction of Subject Matter Experts
🎯 Requirements
• 3+ years of experience in clinical performance improvement consulting or 5-10 years of industry experience in a relevant role with relevant licensure/certification(s) • Bachelor's Degree required in health or related field from an accredited college/university • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word • Experience with Tableau preferred but not required • Strong operational knowledge of care management
