📋 Description
• Lead complex performance improvement projects • Oversee project teams and ensure high-quality deliverables • Execute Project Manager Office (PMO) responsibilities • Develop project travel logistics and coordinate arrangements • Review and approve travel expense reports • Create client-facing materials and support project workstreams
🎯 Requirements
• 3+ years of experience in clinical performance improvement consulting • 5-10 years of industry experience in a relevant role with relevant licensure/certification(s) • 2 years of industry experience in a relevant leadership role • Bachelor's Degree required in health or related field • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word • Experience with Tableau preferred • Understanding of labor productivity concepts • Strong expertise in workforce and productivity infrastructure
