• Drive the commercial expansion, revenue growth, and long-term success of Project Agora across North Africa. • Open new markets by developing strategic partnerships with brands and agencies. • Position performance-driven media solutions as a core growth engine for advertisers. • Maximize client ROI and establish Project Agora as a leading digital advertising partner in the region. • Guide performance advertisers on strategies that drive measurable growth.
• 7+ years of experience in Performance Media Sales or Digital Advertising. • Strong understanding of performance-driven media solutions. • Excellent in campaign optimization, data analysis, and ROI-focused growth. • Entrepreneurial and proactive mindset. • Good negotiation, presentation, and communication skills. • Fluency in English and Arabic. • Knowledge of the North Africa market is an advantage.
