📋 Description

• Make outbound calls to potential customers to invite survey participation • Request participation in surveys while following a script • Maintain a natural and professional tone on calls and engage with international contacts • Log call outcomes and responses accurately • Share relevant feedback or trends with the internal team • Support a global outreach project as a Lead Generation Specialist

🎯 Requirements

• Strong English and Spanish communication skills, both spoken and written • Comfortable with cold calling and handling objections • Previous experience in outbound calling, lead generation, surveys, or BPO is an advantage • Able to work independently in a remote setup with a stable internet connection • Applicants must be open to any shift as needed (shifting schedule) • Confidence in making cold calls and excellent communication skills
